Our story
Like all great modern romances, we met online. Katie was the first girl Kate ever dated—which mildly terrified Katie, but something told her Kate would be worth the risk.
Our first date was a casual evening of watching the Utah Jazz and eating Chick-fil-A. Kate wasn’t into basketball, but she was super into Katie. But really. Kate is down for anything and everything at all times.
That was November 21st, 2022. We never stopped seeing each other after that. (Katie even encouraged Kate to “see what else is out there”—so Kate went on one date, then called Katie right after and said she hated it and asked if she could come over. She only wanted Katie. And that was that.)
Early in our relationship Katie got Bronco—our athletic, loyal, slightly dramatic dog—and the three of us have been adventuring together ever since. Whether we’re off-roading in the desert, driving our Land Cruiser through the mountains or camping under the stars, we’re happiest when we’re out chasing the beautiful landscapes together.
ALL THE VIBES
Think: mountain views, belly laughs, happy tears, and the people we love most. It’s an unplugged ceremony (yep—phones down, hearts open), followed by good food, great tunes, and at least one emotional toast that’ll make KatIe cry. There’ll be dancing. There’ll be dessert. There’ll be Bronco (duh).
It’s going to be simple, beautiful, and full of joy—and we truly can’t wait to share it with you.
Dress code: Mountain-chic with a citrus pallete. Can you picture katie saying those words? We know it’s the start of fall, but this isn’t a moody woodland wedding. Think bright, joyful colors—what you'd wear to the best celebration of the year (because it is).
